Nelson Piquet Jr.: Even though every race is various, our preparation does not change a lot from race to race. Competing is more of a mindset than anything else. When you're out there, it's regarding being positive in your driving and just how you feel. Often I'll go to the health club and also do some weight job, but it depends. We do a lot of training in the race simulator. It's a really innovative race system that uses up the area of a house. It's about 1,000 square feet. In numerous methods, ours is not a physical sporting activity, it's a psychological sporting activity.

I would say it's 70 percent psychological and 30 percent physical. In instance you're questioning, Formula E cars and trucks aren't rather as quick as Formula 1 or NASCAR, yet they can still hit upwards of 140mph on the track.

Mitch Evans:We've been doing this since we were young, but we make sure we've done the work and make all the preparations we can for each certain circuit. Competing is rather unique, so we simulate the race that we'll be doing that week. Every person's obtained their own prep work. A whole lot of it is very 2nd nature, however the simulator assists us get ready for the different obstacles in each circuit, since each one has different difficulties.

Although Formula E Is Not a Physical Sport Per Se, You Still Do a Fair Amount of Cardio as well as HIIT. Exactly how Does That Help?

Evans: Boxing is exactly what I prefer to do. Plyometrics, rowing, and also HIIT exercises are some of what I enjoy many. It's not exactly CrossFit, yet in that design. I utilized to cycle a great deal, yet I get a little bit bored and really feel like it's a bit pointless after a couple of hrs going around. When I educate, I want to do points that are explosive. I such as running, but I really enjoy doing circuit training as well as conditioning work. Clearly, I do not wish to build too much mass since the auto is rather heavy as it is, and those exercises are ideal for that-- they shed a great deal of calories.

Piquet: I do jiu-jitsu in Miami, because it's even more of a self-defense style. I'm from one of one of the most unsafe nations worldwide: Brazil. It's huge for Brazilians to experiment the Valente Brothers in Miami. They experience different circumstances, so you know how you can protect on your own. You constantly desire to be prepared if something happens in the real life. It additionally assists with my training.

What Are Some of Your Favorite Outdoor Activities?

Piquet: In Miami, I go biking. It's the only place I really feel safe doing it. I'm always frightened of getting hurt, particularly in Europe. We live in Monaco as well as it's a little harmful over there for cyclists. I attempt to go go-karting when I can, as well. In Monaco, I run extra since it's really wonderful to run by the coast-- it's stunning. I also take pleasure in skydiving. Apart from that, it just relies on where I am.

Piquet Jr: Sky diving's something I constantly thought was amazing. I've always intended to try it by myself, not tandem. I found it to be all at once the worst and also best feeling as soon as I did it. I began doing it a lot more and a lot more. I've done about 15 or 20 jumps. Now I'm in a phase where it's mosting likely to increase much quicker. The even more you do it, the extra you enjoy it. It's still terrifying, every single time you rise, but it's outstanding. That kind of adrenaline is something I had not really felt since NASCAR. When you're in Daytona, Talladega, and you're performing at 220mph in a pack of 30 cars-- its tough to really feel something like that anywhere else. You go through all those feelings and physical adrenaline when you're racing. You get addicted in a feeling.

Exactly what's it Like Being Able to Race in Brooklyn?

Piquet: Racing in New York is always fun. The track is fantastic, but it's more about the environment. New York is just one of the places Mitch and I take pleasure in concerning the many. There are much worse areas to go auto racing.

Evans: It's one of the most iconic cities worldwide. It would be remarkable to have it in Manhattan one day, yet that would be a little difficult. The Brooklyn place is great, as well as having the background of the skyline is impressive. I think to wrap the period up here is amazing… … it's one of the most effective locations to do that.

https://infoforu.org/why-do-people-get-tattoos/
It seems like everyone has tattoos nowadays. Their arms are covered. Their backs are covered. Even their fingers and necks are covered.

You might not understand the fascination with body art. You might be wondering, “Why do people get tattoos?”

Well, there isn’t a single answer. Different people get their tattoos for different reasons.

People Get Tattoos To Celebrate Their Fandoms
There are hundreds of Sherlock tattoos, Star Wars tattoos, and Yankees tattoos in the world.

If someone is obsessed with a certain television show

, actor, book, song, or movie, then they might get a tattoo to commemorate it. It is their way of saying this thing matters to me, this thing made a major difference in my life.

Just like when someone steps out of the house wearing a band t-shirt, there is a chance that other people in the fandom will recognize the tattoo and compliment it. It can create conversations between total strangers who have a lot in common.

But that is not the main reason people get fandom tattoos. They get them because they are trying to honor their favorite writers and singers and artists. They are saying thank you in the best way they know how.

You might see strangers with Harry Potter tattoos and think it’s silly for them to be so obsessed with the franchise, but the movie represents something different to them than it does to you.

It holds meaning that you might not understand — but that does not make a difference to them. They did not get their tattoo for outside approval. They are the only person who has to like it.

People Get Tattoos For Sentimental Reasons
Most tattoos hold heavy meaning. They are not a random design that someone chose to have printed onto them during a drunken night. They are significant. They matter.

A lot of people get their tattoos in honor of a family member or close friend that has died. They might get a cross with the person’s name or their date of death written across it.

It’s also common to see tattoos of praying hands, angel wings, cancer ribbons, halos, and dog tags.

Of course, someone might also get a design of their lost loved ones’ favorite animal, flower, or song lyric. They might choose a design that invokes a memory that reminds them of that person. A memory that represents everything that person meant to them.

Now it is even possible to get a tattoo of an actual signature. The tattoo artist can take a person’s handwriting from an birthday card or sheet of paper and have it transferred onto skin.

Even though it is impossible to bring back someone from beyond the grave, getting a tattoo is a way to make you feel like you are still close to that person, like they have not traveled too far.

People Get Tattoos As Pieces Of Artwork
Some people consider tattoos beautiful. They consider them a work of art.

They might not have a specific reason why they chose their design. They might have just chosen something they found pretty. Something that spoke to them, even if they could not pinpoint why.

These people choose designs based off of what they think is going to look best against their skin, the same way other people choose their makeup and clothing in the morning.

Their tattoo is an accessory. It is a fashion statement. It is a way to express themselves through silence.

Tattoos are a way for them to create their own identity, to make themselves look different from the cookie cutter people surrounding them, to make them feel a little more unique.

Their tattoos raise their confidence. Their tattoos make them feel better about themselves. Their tattoos help them love themselves more.

Even though there is no technical meaning behind why they chose their specific design, their tattoo still holds a lot of meaning for them.

https://bluetoothproximitymarketing.info/13-super-effective-ways-to-promote-your-upcoming-webinar/
You did it!

You planned an awesome webinar on something you’re passionate about. So, how do you get the word out there and get people to show up to see all the great things you have to say?

You could try to just wait it out and hope people will find it organically, but chances are, that probably won’t work all that well.

To supplement all your hard work in planning the webinar, here are 12 proven methods to promote it and drive more people to want to register.

First, start wit

h an optimized landing page.
In order to get people to register for your webinar, you need a place for them to go. Before you start promoting, plan to create an optimized landing page with all the essentials:

Detailed information about what you’re going to talk about and what they can learn (and how this can help solve the problem they’re having)
The date and time of the webinar
The speakers who will be participating
A form where they can register

Once you have a perfect landing page, ensure the rest of the conversion path makes sense.

What happens after they register? Send them to a thank you page that confirms they’ve successfully saved their spot, and if you’re up for it, ask them if they have any questions up front. By asking for their input, you’re letting them know you care about what they want to learn, and there’s also a better chance of them attending.

Bonus: You can lengthen your webinar by adding registrant-confirmed valuable content without even having to think about what to talk about!

In addition to bringing them to a thank you page, make sure you’re also sending them a confirmation email with the time, date, and link to join the webinar when it comes time.

I recommend using a webinar hosting software such as GoToWebinar to help automate this process for you. If you’re using HubSpot, there’s a great HubSpot/GoToWebinar integration that works flawlessly.

12 Tactics to Promote Your Webinar
Now that the conversion path has been successfully built, you’re ready to start spreading the word!

When you should start promoting is really up to you. Some people like to start at least 1 week before the webinar; I personally like to start 2 weeks ahead, giving me more time to test and pivot, if needed.

Once you host a few webinars, you’ll gain better insight into how quickly it takes to reach your prospective registrants, and you can increase or decrease your promotion time to what makes sense.

1. Hello Bar
If you’re unfamiliar with a hello bar, the one thing you should know is that it’s proven to be very successful in increasing lead generation.

A hello bar usually enters across the top of your screen (it can come from the bottom as well if you have awesome web developers on your team) and spans the full width of your browser.

Depending on what you’re trying to promote, you can put a sentence or two of text with a link or call-to-action to the page you want the visitor to land on. It’s definitely worth testing to see how your visitors react.

2. Exit-Intent Popup
Similar to a hello bar, an exit-intent is a bit more intrusive -- but again, also proven to increase lead generation. I don’t suggest putting this on every page of your website, but instead, having this on your blog is a great place to test it.

An exit-intent pops up (usually) when someone hovers their mouse outside of the website page, including a different browser tab or the X in their browser window.

This action causes them to stop for a few seconds and quickly read about your offer. You’re giving them another chance to convert.

Note: If you use this to promote your webinar, make sure it shows up on relevant pages or articles -- somewhere where it would make sense for a visitor to take this next step in their journey.

Also, make sure to hide it from people who are already registered for your webinar to decrease message repetition and potential annoyance.

3. Bottom Blog/Internal Blog CTA
If you have blog articles that talk about a similar topic to your webinar, why not use them to help promote?

Add some internal links leading to the webinar page, and think about adding a CTA to the bottom of your articles. You can also try working the CTA within the body of your posts to capture readers at the beginning, in case they don’t read to the end.

4. Write A Blog
In addition to creating some blog CTAs, why not write a promotional blog article dedicated specifically to promoting your webinar? Similar to the landing page, make sure you include all the essentials and reasons why people should attend.

Then, publish your blog, promote it on social media, and have it go to all your blog subscribers to increase the number of people you can get it in front of!

5. Lead Magnet
Put the webinar at the forefront of your website with a well-thought out lead magnet on your homepage. According to Digital Marketer, a lead magnet is “an irresistible bribe offering a specific chunk of value to a prospect in exchange for their contact information.”

If you’re thinking about implementing a lead magnet into your website strategy, make sure the offer is short, specific, and valuable. Long, complex lead magnets will most likely not convert very well.

Normally, a lead magnet is supposed to deliver the value within about 5 minutes of the contact filling out the form, so if possible, I recommend pairing the webinar with something they can get instantly, such as a one-page "tips & tricks" document or something else they can use right away while waiting for the webinar day.

6. Email Signature
This one is super easy. Add the webinar landing page link right to your email signature!

If you or your team emails a lot of people on a daily basis (especially prospects), this is a great way to spread the news of the webinar to people outside of your regular database.

At IMPACT, we've been using Sigstr to do this!

7. Thank You Pages
Typically when we think of thank you pages, we think of providing the contact with the offer they just filled out the form to get, but it doesn’t have to stop there.

Give them some next steps or action items to keep them engaged and on your site longer.

As I mentioned in #3, you want to make sure promoting the webinar in this way is relevant and a sensible next step for the contact who just converted.

For example, if you’re hosting a webinar about how to effectively publish content on social media, and the contact just downloaded an ebook on email marketing, it may not make the most sense to promote your webinar on that offer’s thank you page.

8. Webinar Listing Sites
There are a bunch of webinar listing sites that let you promote your webinar. Places such as tellonline.org and webinarbase.com only require a few steps to put your webinar on their websites for free.

9. Email Workflow
Getting an effective email workflow down takes some testing. After doing research and trying a combination of different email types and sending schedules, my team has created a suggested baseline strategy for promoting webinars. Feel free to alter it as you see fit for your email database.

2 Weeks Before: The Initial Invite

This email should have similar content to the landing page, letting your recipients know you’re having a webinar, telling them what it’s about, when it is, and giving them an easy way to register.

1 Week Before: The Reminder

This email may be broken up into two separate emails sent to 1) people who clicked on your last email but did not register, and 2) people who did not click on your last email at all. Both emails should remind the recipient of the webinar, but also ask for some feedback on why they haven’t registered yet. I like to create a separate landing page to link in the email asking for their reasoning. For example, maybe the day or time doesn’t work for them, or maybe they’re just not interested in that topic. Whatever the reason is, you can take this feedback and use it to plan your next webinar.

1 Day Before: The Second Reminder (optional)

This email may be a little much for some contact databases (after 2 emails, the contact has probably made up their mind), but it’s always worth testing if you think it has a chance.

1-2 Days After: The Thank You Email

This may be the most important email in the workflow -- besides the initial invite, of course. Break this email up into two separate emails:

Registrants: Send your registrants (even if they didn’t attend) the recording of your webinar. They should not have to fill out a form to access this since they already did this when they registered. Include some social share links, and ask them to share it with their co-workers, friends, or family who would also be interested (but make sure the share links bring them to a landing page that gates the recording!).
Non-Registrants: Send the people who didn’t register a chance to still view the recorded version. If they couldn’t make the webinar that day or never got around to registering, this gives them the option to watch it at their own leisure. Provide them with the link to the landing you’ll create for the recording so you can measure and record conversions.

10. Social Media
Social media may seem like the obvious option here, but it’s often underestimated. If you have large followings, you may see a lot of traction from publishing short, sweet posts with a link to your webinar’s landing page.

If you’re using LinkedIn, try posting on your own page, your company’s page, and within relevant group pages.

However, if you’re not quite there yet, paid social ads are a great way to increase awareness. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter all offer paid options, so it’s best to do your research and know where your personas hang out most.

11. Teaser Video
Promotion doesn’t have to just be in writing!

Record a 1-2 minute video telling all about your webinar and what you plan to cover. If you have multiple presenters, try to get everyone to contribute.

When you’re done, upload your video to YouTube, and promote it via social media.

12. Other Speakers
If you’re hosting the webinar with another person or multiple people, have them leverage their followings or databases.

Have them write a blog about it or send a message out on their social media platforms. The more people you can promote the webinar to, the more shares you will get -- which means more registrants for your webinar.

13. Paid Social Ads
Another tactic IMPACT has seen great success with in promoting its webinars is paid ads on social media.

Both Facebook and LinkedIn now have comprehensive ad platforms with detailed targeting abilities to help you reach new people or even retarget past visitors who have shown interest in the subject matter.

Things to Remember
In the midst of planning, launching, and promoting your webinar, it’s easy to forget some important things. Here are a few to make sure you remember:

Create an optimized landing page with an easy way to register.
Start promoting your webinar at least 1-2 weeks ahead of time.
Make sure to ask for feedback on why some people may not be able to attend.
Test and retest. Find what tactics work best for your webinars and your personas.
Remember to record the webinar so you can send it to your registrants afterwards, as well as continue to promote it (as long as it’s still relevant).
